I. Personally-Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd may collect two different types of information, Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”). PII is information that identifies you as an individual – for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, billing address and shipping information. Non-PII is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses, user behavior data from web interaction metrics tools and other information that does not reveal your specific identity. PII and Non-PII may be collected anytime you access or use a Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd website. PII and Non-PII may also be collected by Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd during in-person discussions, telephone conversations, and electronic or other written communications. Because Non-PII does not personally identify You, Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd reserves the right to use and disclose to third parties Non-PII for any purpose.

Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd maintains reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect PII from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd enforces its Privacy Policy via self-assessment.

III. Information; Registration; User Names and Passwords

As a Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd website user, You will be required to create an account with Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd. You warrant that the information you provide Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd is truthful and accurate, and that you are not impersonating another person. IV. Release/Authorization to Use Photographs.

You grant Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd permission to use any and all photographs, or video or audio or digital recordings, taken by Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd or its agents or employees, or submitted by You to Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd (hereinafter “Photographs”) in any Media (including print, internet, film, television and no matter how distributed or published) for any purpose, which may include, but shall not be limited to, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging of Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd or any product or service sold and marketed by Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd. You agree that this authorization to use Photographs may be assigned by Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd to any other party. You agree that that the Photographs may be combined with other Photographs, sounds, text and graphics, and that the Photographs may be manipulated, cropped, altered or modified in Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd's sole discretion. You agree not to charge a royalty or fee, and not to make any other monetary assessment against Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd in exchange for this Release and Assignment. You hereby release and forever discharge Sound Marketing & Consulting Ltd from any and all liability and from any damages you may suffer as a result of the use of the Photographs. You further acknowledge and agree that this Release is binding upon your heirs and assigns. You agree that this Release is irrevocable.

V. Social Media, Blogs and Reviews

Any social media posts or comments you send to us (on our Facebook pages or associated pages, for instance) will be shared under the terms of the relevant social media platform (e.g. Facebook / Twitter) on which they are written and could be made public.

Other people, not us, control these platforms. We are not responsible for this kind of sharing. We recommend you should review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the social media platforms you use. That way, you will understand how they will use your information, what information relating to you they will place in the public domain, and how you can stop them from doing so if you are unhappy about it.

Any blog, review or other posts or comments you make about us, our products and services on any of our blogs, reviews or user community services will be shared with all other members of that service and the public at large. Any comments you make on these services and on social media in general must be not offensive, insulting or defamatory. You are responsible for ensuring that any comments you make comply with any relevant policy on acceptable use of those services. 

VI. Collection of Behavioural Data

We collect analytical data through the use of cookies, pixels and analytical tools (For example Google Analytics).  We also collect data analysis of behaviour from emails (such as which links you click, which emails you open and which emails you ignore).  This data is used for marketing purposes so that we can assess what your interests are and send correspondence which is more likely to be relevant to you. 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THIS DATA BE SHARED WITH ANYONE
