Your Investment
Early Bird Rate Only $6,500 until 31st August 2023
The Early Bird Investment in yourself for this adventure is only $6,500 per person, until 31st August 2023. The standard rate is $7,500 based on sharing twin rooms and tents, subject to a minimum of three and maximum of twelve total participants.
A non-refundable deposit of $750 is required immediately to reserve your place.
Included in the cost:
Transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) to your hotel and back again
Private transport throughout
Six nights accommodation in hotels and breakfasts
7 Nights tented accommodation on the mountain
Park fees + VAT
Camping Equipment: Tents, sleeping mattress, mess tent, dining tables and chairs, private mobile toilet and oxygen cylinder

Crew salaries
All meals while on the mountain
Sufficient supplies of treated drinking water while on the mountain
Cultural tour to the Materuni village, coffee tour and waterfall hike
Visit to the Maasai village including activities and demonstrations
Visit to Chemka hot springs
1 day Safari in the Tarangire safari park

Membership of the Monthly Mastermind
- Weekly mastermind sessions over zoom
- Monthly plan and accountability
- Online suite of goal achievement training programmes
- One-to-one onboarding session with Tina
Monthly Kilimanjaro Preparation zoom meetings with fellow participants
Deep dive coaching sessions to gain clarity on your purpose, direction and goals
Coaching sessions in Tanzania before and after the climb to draw a correlation between the actual mountain and your metaphorical mountains.
On site support from Tina while you're in Tanzania (Tina will join you on the tours, but not on the mountain - she will be there to support anyone who needs to descend early, and to welcome you back! )
Not Included:
Flights to and from Kilimanjaro International Airport
Personal travel insurance (required). Ensure the cover is
adequate for the climb.
Tips for guides, porters, drivers, hotel and restaurant staff
Meals apart from breakfast that are not on the mountain
Additional accommodation costs if you have to leave the
climb (these should be covered under your travel insurance)
