Meet Your Retreat Host: Tina Sibley
Tina Sibley guides her clients to conquer their personal mountains. A coach for more than 25 years, Tina helps people to develop the mindset and courage to set BIG goals and then have the mental resilience to achieve them.
Despite years of being told that she was not the 'sporty' or 'physical' type, and despite having to drop out of a hiking club because she couldn't keep up, Tina finally put those voices to rest and hiked the Inca Trail and Rainbow Mountain at age 59.
Encouraged by her achievement, she set an even bigger goal and successfully summitted Mt Kilimanjaro - twice - in 2022 at 61 and 62! Tina now inspires others to silence the negative voices and conquer their own personal mountains - metaphorically or literally. She has written books on overcoming the fear of public speaking and her journey of transformation on the Inca Trail.
Tina is a fully qualified and certified life and business coach and NLP Practitioner and has been training and coaching adults for over 30 years.

Alpaca Expeditions was founded by Raul Ccolque, who grew up in a small town in the Sacred Valley. While he was studying tourism, he worked as a porter, and later as a tour guide. Ccolque witnessed first hand the ways in which companies can take advantage of their porters; not only were they not paid properly, but they would also be badly bruised or injured due to carrying heavier loads than necessary.
As a result, Raul committed himself to changing this inhumane situation with his own company. All of Alpaca Expedition’s porters are well-treated and supplied with proper equipment.
